The process of booking the apartment was simple but having to go through a third party for the guest information and security deposit (which I felt was excessive) was tiresome.
Product
I would not describe the apartment as luxurious. It was advertised as having a microwave, it did not! Several lamps did not work or had no lightbulbs. Kitchen door handles were hanging off. We had to tighten all the pan handles to make them safe for use. Clothes drier was broken as was the tool for closing the velux blinds.

I do apologise that you found our vetting process to be tiresome, unfortunately we are required to vet our guests and cannot neglect our duties as hosts. The most secure way to collect this information is by using a company who specialises in the processing of sensitive data and insurance.
