This modern apartment is a stone's throw away from Princes Street and all of Edinburgh’s main sightseeing area as well as many fabulous shops, restaurants, cafes, theatres and conference centres. It is a one bedroom property, sleeps four in total.

The apartment has a contemporary décor, with a leather sofa that converts in to a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning or a relaxing dinner in the evening. There are two flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The delightful open plan living area boasts full-length windows and almost sound-proof glazing.
The bright master bedroom has a large double bed, plentiful storage, and views over Shandwick Place. A modern family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle completes this lovely home from home.

The apartment is located in the bustling and well connected West End, with its many bars, restaurants, chemist, coffee shops and supermarkets. The tranquil Princes Street Gardens and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre are short walk away. Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile are within walking distance, while Edinburgh Zoo is a short bus drive away. Haymarket and Waverley train stations are ten minutes away, while both tram and bus stops are at your door, taking you from Edinburgh Airport to just outside the apartment.

One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
