These two properties are located in the same courtyard and are the perfect solution for families or groups that want to stay close.
Interior layout Apartment 1 - Little Well Court. It is a one bedroom apartment located in the basement.
With plenty of light coming from its windows, this boutique and design-led escape features historical brick chimney stack and a mixture of rich walnut and terrazzo tiles that make up the attracting interiors.
Apartment 2 - Well Court, a two bedroom apartment modern self-catering apartment. Tastefully designed with a fresh, light and stylish décor, definitely unique for Edinburgh.
Exterior The apartments are located in Well Court, an A listed courtyard building located in Dean Village, within the World Heritage Site.
Being immersed in this 'frozen in time' tranquil green oasis on the Water of Leith, brings a fantastic sense of peace and relaxation.
However, the properties are only five minutes walk from Princes Street makes it perfect for city exploration. It is a heaven for sophisticated travellers, with Edinburgh's most famous walks, museums and galleries at your door-step, high-end shops, independent cafes and restaurants.
- Booking Requirements -
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
- Important -
This apartments are not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. A damage deposit of £750 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
COVID-19 Declaration: When placing a booking you are confirming that you are aware of and will follow Scottish Government Guidelines on Covid-19 restrictions, at the time of your arrival and during your stay, including number of households allowed to stay overnight at a self-catering.

- Strict non-smoking policy
- Apartment 1 is suitable for maximum 2 adults and 2 children
- Also, the 1 bed has a narrow space that leads to the shower
- Apartment 1 is an historical building and the lights may sometimes flicker (Fixed by simply switching on and off the lights).
Accessibility statement Both apartments have set of stairs leading to the properties and are not suitable for weelchair users.
For guests with limited mobility, we recommend Little Well Court (1 bed apartment) as only few steps lead to the basement flat.
Well Court (2 beds apartment) is set on the first floor.
We want to reassure guests of our ongoing commitment to guests, hosts and cleaners wellbeing Cleaning and key handovers are conducted in line with Covid-19 protocols, industry and local standards.
We ask guests to complete a short health Questionnaire shortly before they arrive.
Look out for the We’re Good to Go sign, a UK wide industry standard following government and public health guidance.
Again, we wish to reassure you and should there be government restrictions imposed which impact your ability to travel or stay with us, you would have the option to defer your booking in the first instance.
