One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID for the lead guest, collected by Know Your Guest / SuperHog. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. A damage deposit of £500 is required two weeks before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages or deductions two weeks after your departure. This damage deposit is managed by Know Your Guest / SuperHog.
Interior layout Step into a spacious and open hall that leads to a generously sized living room and a separate kitchen, where sunlight streams in through the south-facing windows. On the other side of the property lie two expansive bedrooms on the opposite side of the apartment. One of these bedrooms boasts a super-king bed with ensuite bathroom, while the other offers access to a convenient family bathroom. Additionally, a sizable utility room is a surprise for a traditional Edinburgh apartment. Both bedrooms overlook a serene, leafy garden and provide a quiet relief from the hustle and bustle of busy Edinburgh.
Exterior Located just a short distance away from all of Edinburgh's main attractions and the bustling business district, this newly renovated 1st floor apartment in an 1890s New Town building offers an ideal setting for both a city getaway or a corporate trip.
