Design-led, two bed cottage with hot tub - Dunkeld
Little Pheasant was built in the 1800's and is set in the Perthshire countryside near to the picturesque village of Dunkeld. You cannot fail to notice the outstanding natural beauty that is all around. Our holiday cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all. Relax, unwind and enjoy everything that this little corner of Scotland has to offer.
The cottage is a 2 bed and sleeps 4 people comfortably. The bathroom contains a deluxe shower with decorative tile flooring. The master bedroom offers a king size bed. The cottage is beautifully decorated with style and comfort in mind.
The cottage includes:
- A very spacious living room/dining room area which includes a log burning stove, beautiful modern oak dining table and French doors leading out into the garden.
- A kitchen with all the appliances needed for your home from home
- The cottage offers WiFi and a Smart TV
- Last, but not least, the cottage provides the most beautiful views from every angle, and a garden that overlooks the Perthshire countryside
Well behaved dogs are welcome.
Interior layout You enter the cottage through the front porch/boot room, with hanging space for coats and wellies. This leads to a hallway, off of which are a kitchen, large open plan living/dining area, bedrooms and a bathroom. The open plan area includes a wood burner and dining room with vaulted ceiling, all with open views of the countryside. The French doors in the open plan area lead out to a decked patio and garden.
Exterior Little Pheasant is a stone built, traditional, Scottish cottage which has been lovingly restored, extended and renovated, to combine the best of the original features with modern day comforts.
To the side of the cottage is a garden, which includes a seating area and private decking area. This looks out on uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside.
Accessibility statement The cottage is all built on the ground floor, and there are no stairs to enter the building. The cottage is traditional, therefore doors have not been adjusted for width.
