The space

Inside, the villa blends period charm with contemporary luxury. The open-plan living room features panoramic bay windows with superb sea and garden views, flowing seamlessly into the conservatory (a guest favourite) which enjoys underfloor heating and sunlight throughout the day. Modern comforts include free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker.

The fully equipped designer kitchen offers Smeg appliances, an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, with an elegant dining area for six. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, each with a super king-size zip-and-link bed, hypo-allergenic pillows, sumptuous linens and its own en-suite bathroom with luxury Scottish toiletries. An additional ground-floor WC adds further convenience.

The standout feature is the sun-filled rear conservatory, offering panoramic views over the beach, bay and golf course, the perfect spot for morning coffee or a peaceful evening retreat. The property is situated on a quiet private street with easy access to local walking routes and the beach just moments away.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including outdoor recycling facilities located beside the house. Please note that hen, stag and similar parties are not permitted, ensuring a tranquil environment for all.
