Pitmeadow Farm is situated in a quiet countryside with lovely view. We are a small family run farm with pigs, ponies, sheep and chickens.
The Studio has a 2-3 night minimum stay depending on time of year.
It was recently renovated and has a beautiful large kitchen/dinning
The self catering accommodation is comfortable, warm and has fully equipped kitchens, there are games, books and DVD's for guests to enjoy.
We also have a shared Games room which is located in the courtyard, it has a table tennis table, football table and some other games. There is also jams, chutneys and Pitmeadow meat for sale which can be found in the Games Room.

Pitmeadow Farm is made up of The Steading, The Studio, The Farmhouse and a Garden room, all built round a courtyard.
There is plenty parking.
There is a large garden with a trampoline and football goals for guest use.
There is also a large deep pond, where you can enjoy sitting looking at the wildlife and walking round. Please note children must be supervised when in the garden.
Enjoy the splendor of these stunning formal gardens, part of the 17th century Drummond Castle. Don't leave without a look at the Copper Beech planted by Queen Victoria in 1842.
Scotland at its best. Giant Douglas Pines stretch to the skies as you stroll along the banks of the River Braan to the impressive Black Linn Falls.

We had a brilliant stay at the Studio with our two children (3 and 1).
Fiona arranged for a high chair and stair gate prior to arrival which was a bonus and saved us taking our own. The Studio also has a wide range of kids toys, games and books to help keep them amused. It was such a child friendly environment and we could have happily stayed much longer. You are free to roam the farm and Fiona was an excellent host and despite having the farm to manage spent a great deal of time showing us and allowing us to interact with the animals, including collecting fresh eggs in the morning, which delighted our 3 year old.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will certainly look to book again in the future.

We had a great time at The Studio. Fiona and Ewan are so friendly and helpful. With the accommodation being on a farm, it was a great extra to be able to see all the animals during our stay. Also we did bring our dog and the place is very dog friendly.

You are wonderful caring hosts and Fiona Emily can’t thank you enough for all the farm time she had. And making her jam from the berries she had picked. And thank you so much for bringing the horses down to see me. And cause I was unable to walk far you took amazing photos of Emily with all the animals and sent me them. Fiona and Ewan's place is the BEST experience we've ever had at an AirBnB!! The place was so quaint and comfortable and the surroundings were absolutely stunning! We had a wonderful cake and freshly laid eggs waiting for us when we arrived and we're also able to get a loaf of homemade bread and fresh sausage. We highly recommend Pitmeadow Farms ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay.
The farm was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Nothing but the sound or farm animals.
The accommodation was super, the welcoming cakes and eggs were well received.
We loved our apartment and felt at home immediately.
Fiona and Ewan were so friendly and took the time to show us and our children the farm animals and orchard. Such a nice touch.
There is a small friendly field with football goals and a trampoline as well as a picnic table.
I would absolutely recommend the farm.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiona’s farm with our two kids, aged 1 and 7. Fiona was incredibly helpful and made sure our daughter was involved in all sorts of farm activities, which she absolutely loved. She also gave us great advice on walking routes around the area, making our experience even more enjoyable. The place was exactly as pictured-cozy, clean, and very close to everything we wanted to explore. Overall, a fantastic family-friendly farm stay!
