Our Story

We market holiday homes on behalf of owners.  Our mission is to find guests for our owners.  We collaborate with owners who care deeply about providing guests with wonderful accommodation.

Adore Scotland (and The Edinburgh Address Ltd.) began with a leap of faith, a family flat in Edinburgh, and a belief that hospitality should be about people, not just places.

Back in 2006, Anna welcomed her very first guests into her home before Airbnb existed. That first booking sparked what would become The Edinburgh Address and later, in 2021, Adore Scotland. Over the years, the journey has been full of lessons, laughter, and a few late nights, but above all, it’s been about creating genuine connections through beautiful homes.

When Anna met Anne Marie at the Edinburgh Festival (while dancing, of course), they quickly discovered a shared vision and the courage to build something together. With little more than two laptops, plenty of determination, and the support of family and friends, they began growing a portfolio of handpicked homes that reflected the very best of Scotland.

What We Do

For our guests, Adore Scotland offers more than accommodation. Our collection of holiday homes across Scotland, from elegant Edinburgh apartments to Highland retreats and coastal hideaways are chosen for their character, comfort, and ability to make your trip unforgettable.

For our owners, we are trusted partners who understand that every property has its own story. We combine local knowledge, hospitality expertise, and care to ensure each home is valued, protected, and shared with guests who will truly appreciate it.

Why We Care

We believe Scotland is best experienced through its homes, its people, and its stories. That’s why we do things differently with warmth, authenticity, and a personal touch that makes guests feel welcome and owners feel supported.

Adore Scotland is not just about places to stay. It’s about celebrating Scotland, one home and one guest at a time.
