Firth View is simply perfect for a family holiday or golfing break in East Lothian, with three spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. The apartment has been beautifully furnished and enjoys captivating views of The Firth of Forth. There is also a secure private courtyard and the sandy East Beach is just across the road.
Firth View is located on Marine Parade and is less than an 8 minute walk to the first tee of the renowned North Berwick Golf Club and a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The station is just a 20 minute walk away as well.
The spacious sitting room, which enjoys wonderful sea views including the picturesque Bass Rock, has large comfortable sofas, fireplace, large flat screen TV and Freeview.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and a coffee machine. There is also a large dining table to seat up to 6 guests.
External Utility Room
There is an external utility room, with sink unit, washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities. The garden furniture is stored here and is an ideal location to store golf clubs.

Firth View enjoys a secluded courtyard garden, perfect for BBQs, and is accessed through the kitchen. To the front of the property there is a large grassed lawn and the beach is of course just over the road.
Firth View is stunning and beautifully equipped, with all bed linen and towels provided. Private parking for 2 small cars or one large. The shared driveway must be kept clear at all times. Please note that, if you are bringing more than 2 cars, public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day. Central heating and electricity are all included in the rental.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £300.00 as part payment, which is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £300.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
