The house was built in the Scottish Baronial style and features many period details that have been lovingly preserved.

Stepping into the house, guests are instantly whisked away to another era by its castle-like feel. The period details, from the exquisite wood panelling to the antique furnishings and ornate fireplaces, weaves an enchanting tapestry of luxury and elegance.

Modern amenities have been seamlessly integrated to guarantee that every guest experiences a stay that is both luxurious and pleasurable.

Bolfracks boasts everything you need for the perfect self-catered stay; a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, a games room, and comfortable bedrooms.

Bolfracks' gardens are truly spectacular. They are an oasis of peace and colour with an impressive collection of rare and unusual plants, all with excellent views over the Tay valley.

The ornamental garden originated from the mid-18th century. Most of what can be seen today originates from the 1970s and is the work of the late Mr J Douglas Hutchison.

The stream garden was planned and constructed by Ian Lawrie of Dundee in 1928 along the course of the Bolfracks Burn. It was restored and replanted between 1983 and 1985. A collection of rare and unusual plants, including a superb collection of rhododendrons, azaleas, acers, old fashioned roses and an array of herbaceous perennials.

The beautiful gardens complement a wonderful experience not to mention your own private tennis court.
