The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation.
-Booking Requirements-
One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
This property is protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. A £650 damage deposit will also be pre-authorised on your credit card and automatically released within 14 days of departure. A 2% processing fee applies (amount may vary outside the UK depending on exchange rates). Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in.

There are excellent public transport links close to the flat (trams/trains/planes/buses). Edinburgh is easier to navigate on foot and using public transport than in a car.

Very professional service, easy to reserve, check in, and check out. We didn’t need to contact them during the stay as they included instructions for everything.
Very nice 3 bedroom apartment, amazing kitchen, well stocked so you could cook at home. Perfect location near the shopping center and tram stop. Probably one of the nicest rentals I have ever stayed in, well furnished, decent beds, there wasn’t anything I could complain about.

The booking process went well and our telephone discussions were very pleasant. However it would have helped if evidence of ID (if this is really necessary) had been requested at the time of the original booking.
The accommodation was spacious, stylishly designed and well equipped. It exceeded expectations.

We spent 2 weeks at the Art House, which was an exquisite stay. The location, the facility services, the ultra design environment…. were rely appreciated. We will absolutely give the address as a reference to our friends and family.
It was a privilege to live in a typical Georgian house for holiday.

Service very good - no problems all responses are quick and effiecient
The apartment was excellent with very large rooms, tall ceilings and plenty of sunlight through the high windows giving it a sense of grandeur. The artwork and sense of detail were also excellent. The one issue I should mention was the heating which I could not quite get a grip on as it appeared not to come on until early evening and the front room takes some heating up as its huge and only has 2 small radiators. However I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. The location is also excellent.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated, with high spec kitchen and bathroom fittings etc. so we were very comfortable. The Broughton area is packed with cafes, bars and restaurants. Check in went smoothly, using a key safe which I much prefer to arriving at a fixed time to meet someone.
It would have been easier if we were told the key code on the booking email rather than chasing the housekeeper for the info.

Everything from booking to organising the stay and arranging the arrival and departure was flawless. This was an amazing week in Edinburgh.
The flat was ideally situated between the West End and the Old Town at the heart of the New Town and very well serviced. The piano was a real plus and so was Netflix access.

Handled the booking very professionally, House was exactly as described, we were met as agreed. Faultless
Beautifully decorated and tasteful , kitted out to a high spec. Very handy for Theatre, Cinema and shops . The only niggle was the front door was difficult to open but we had been warned.

Very nice apartment with excellent
There is so much charm and so much detail in the apartment. It was a perfect size for our family of 4 to spread out and relax. Each kid had their own room and the primary bedroom was spacious. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to the royal mile and 5 minutes from the Q park garage. We did everything we wanted to do in the city and we walked it all. The hosts were responsive when we needed them, but we only had to contact them once when we arrived for instructions. Everything was very well organized. We would definitely stay here again. Worth every penny!

This home is exquisitely furnished, scrupulously clean, and in a great location. All of the decor and amenities were carefully chosen. While the space is a formal Georgian home, it felt cozy and welcoming. The location is great, close to dining, shops, and attractions, while inside it was very quiet. The property managers were very helpful and responsive. We could not recommend it more highly!
